Today we will show you how to wax your surfboard. Although this may be an easy task for regular surfers, it’s an important skill for beginners to learn and understand when they start surfing.
Note: Make sure the wax matches the water temperature you’ll be surfing in.
Applying the wax: Use the corner of the wax block to make diagonal strokes across the deck of the surfboard.
Once you have covered the surfboard, use the flat side of the wax block and make gentle, circular motions to build up the bumps.
Be sure to apply more wax where your feet and hands will be positioned.
