Looking to improve your surfboard control?
This video tutorial will show you how!
Step 1: Hold Board Sideways
Hold your board sideways and enter the water waist high. This will help you stay balanced and prevent the board from slipping out of your hands.
Step 2: Place the Hands Correctly
Put your surf board down in the water with the nose of the board facing into the waves and place your hands on the rails of the board or near the tail of the board. This will give you a good grip on the board and help you maneuver it through the waves.
Step 3: Navigate Over the Waves
Navigate the board by either lifting the board over the incoming waves or navigating it over the incoming waves by pushing the tail down. The best way to do this will depend on the size and strength of the waves
Step 4: Always Keep It Sideways
Keep your board in the sideways position – never in front of you! This will help you avoid getting smacked down by the waves.
Just relax, have fun, and make every wave count!
